How to install police bike to GTA IV

 I was have big problems with police bike by britishpolicemods, I have only GTA IV, but not EFLC. I have install it in game, put the lines, but when i spawn it, it flips left and it loses wheel. Than I have put it as noose, and I have replace noose in vehicles.ide, and handling, with this lines:

You can find handling and vehicles.ide in C:\Programfiles(or other installation directory)\Rockstargames\GTA IV\common\data


Now works perfectly. If you have same problem, just install bike with spark, as noose, copy/paste this two lines and it will 100% work. And you don't even have to adding it in ELS because noose is already there.
